There no no certain rock band cheats per se, but there are available codes to help you through the game.
The codes for rock band cheats are attainable as you play the game. Each city or venue that you play in, will unlock another city or tour, so there really is no real rock band cheats. there are game modifiers however, available from the main menu, such as no fail mode, which allows all members of your band to keep playing without failing a song, ever. the downside to this "rock band cheats" is that any progress you make on your bands world tour will not be saved, due to the use of the rock band cheats. It doesnt pay to cheat, there are strategy guides available for rock band, so cheats are not neccessarily needed for this game. look for a decent rock band strategy guide, as rock band cheats just do not exist.
